In-home speech therapy provides a natural and familiar environment that enhances engagement and learning. Free 30-minute phone consultation – Discuss your child’s needs and determine next steps.
Caregiver completes required paperwork – Forms provided upon consultation via email
45-minute in-home speech-language evaluation & observation – A comprehensive assessment to identify specific needs.
Evaluation results review & written report – Conducted via phone, virtual video call, or in-person.
Personalized therapy plan & service recommendations – Sessions scheduled based on individual goals.
Ongoing therapy – Sessions are held 1-2 times per week for 30-45 minutes each.

Initial Evaluation (45 min): $85
45-Minute Treatment Session: $75 per session

We are currently an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. Payment can be made via cash, check, or debit/credit card at the time of service.

Once scheduled, a session must be cancelled with 10 hours notice to the clinician. If less than 10 hours notice is given, you will be billed at 50% of session costs.
Therapy will not resume until cancellation payment is made. Emergencies happen, so please let me know if there are special circumstances surrounding your cancellation.
